At Code/IT Academy, we’re proud to celebrate the success of our Fall 2024 Cohort, who completed the CompTIA A+ Certification and took a major step forward in their IT careers. 🎉 Their hard work, dedication, and accomplishments are proof that IT careers are achievable with the right tools, support, and guidance.
Now, we’re excited to announce the Spring 2025 Cohort with a new beginner-friendly course: CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+). This program is designed to help YOU explore a career in IT—no experience needed!
What is CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+)?
The CompTIA IT Fundamentals course teaches basic computer and technology skills to help you understand how computers work, solve problems, and keep devices secure. It’s perfect for those exploring a career in IT or trying to figure out if technology is the right fit for them.
In the program, you’ll:
- Learn computer basics and troubleshooting.
- Explore cybersecurity essentials to keep your devices and information safe.
- Understand software, networks, and how they work.
This course is the first step to discovering an exciting future in IT and cybersecurity.
Program Details
📅 Spring 2025 Cohort kicks off on February 18, 2025 and runs through April 8, 2025.
🕔 Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30–7:00 PM in designated locations across Southern Indiana.
🌟 Who Can Apply?
- You must be a resident of one of these counties: Brown, Crawford, Daviess, Dubois, Greene, Lawrence, Martin, Monroe, Owen, Orange, or Washington.
- You must be 18 or older when the program begins.
- No prior IT experience or college degree required!
🎓 Bonus: If you don’t have a college degree, you’ll receive priority consideration for acceptance into the program.
